Samantha Barbee

Samantha Barbee joined Pact in 2019, bringing significant experience in both finance and operations. She has spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership positions, both as a chief financial officer and executive vice president overseeing finance. Before Pact, Samantha served as chief financial and operations officer at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at the International Youth Foundation in Baltimore, serving as both CFO and executive vice president of finance, administration and information technology. While at the foundation, she led the financial, operational, compliance, human resource and information technology work of the global organization.
