Shirley Ko
Senior Director, Global Health
Shirley Ko is Director for Global Health at Pact, where she provides technical assistance and guidance to a global portfolio of HIV and AIDS, maternal and child health and other health programs. She is a public health specialist with more than 18 years of experience, including assignments in more than 15 countries throughout Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. She has expertise in results-based project design, implementation and monitoring; community and health systems strengthening; and technical capacity development. Prior to joining Pact, she led a $14 million USAID/PEPFAR-funded comprehensive HIV and AIDS prevention initiative for mobile and high-risk populations in Mozambique, and served as Associate Director for all health and HIV programming at FHI 360 in Mozambique.
