Thomas Kipingili


Thomas Kipingili is a public health and development professional with over 25 years of experience in design, implementation, management and evaluation of public health projects in complex humanitarian and development spaces in East and Southern Africa. His expertise includes HIV prevention and care, OVC/MVC, sexual and reproductive health, TB and leprosy, women's empowerment and key and vulnerable populations programming. Thomas has a Master of Public Health degree, Bachelor of Arts degree (Sociology), and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine (Clinical Officer). He has attended specialized and professional courses in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Institutional/organizational development, Result Based Management, and Applied Epidemiology. He is fluent in spoken and written English and Swahili and conversational Kinyarwanda and Kirundi.
