Tripti Pande
Learning, Evidence and Impact Advisor
Tripti Pande, MScPH, is an advisor for Learning, Evidence and Impact (LEAP) at Pact. As an experienced monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) practitioner with more than eight years of experience in the fields of public health, international development and research, Tripti is passionate about the power of data and its role in evidence-based programming. Currently, she provides MERL support to programs focusing on health, livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment and mining across 11 countries. She has authored more than 20 scientific publications, including in the Lancet Commission for Diagnostics, and served as a peer-reviewer for academic journals such as PLoS ONE and BMC Global Health. Prior to joining Pact, Tripti worked at the McGill International TB Center providing technical assistance on operational research and data management to organizations part of the Stop TB Partnership TB REACH initiative and at Grand Challenges Canada, a Canadian funding agency. Pande earned her Masters of Science in Public Health (MScPH) as a Dean’s list scholar at Universite Laval and BSC at McGill University in Canada.
