Zewud Debebe

Zewud Debebe joined Pact in 2020 from ODA Global, a minority- and women-owned management consulting firm where she served as CEO. An accomplished business and human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience, Zewud's background includes policy and strategy development that combines best practices in human capital management with regulatory compliance. She has worked across the human resources spectrum, including in employee and management development, diversity and inclusion and engagement, mentoring, performance management, recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, corporate policy/procedures and more. Prior to ODA Global, Zewud held executive-level positions at Social Solutions International and Danya International, as well as HR management positions at Koba & Associates and Gannett.
