Measuring Pact's Mission Reports

In 2011, Pact developed a new organizational strategy to focus our work around three key impact areas and three core approaches. The key impact areas are health, livelihoods, and natural resource management. We achieve lasting impact in these impact areas through the approaches of capacity development, improving systems of governance, and engaging business and markets. We believe that our work in these impact areas using these approaches will achieve our vision of a world where those who are poor and marginalized exercise their voices, build their own solutions, and take ownership over their futures.

To measure our progress, we defined one global indicator for each impact area and each approach. These indicators were collected in fiscal years 2011, 2012, and now 2013.
