ACHIEVE system strengthening

ACHIEVE supports community engagement and participation in social welfare planning, program design, budgeting, and monitoring to facilitate access to and utilization of client centered OVC and DREAMS services. Core to ACHIEVE’s approach is asset-focused capacity development, which builds on the strengths of local actors, at the systems, organizational, individual, and community levels, to enable them to lead OVC and DREAMS programming at the country and community level. This fact sheet provides an overview of these projects and services.
