In South Africa we have developed the capacity of government and local implementing partners since 1992, and our partners have successfully contributed to PEPFAR-funded HIV prevention activities in that time. Our capacity development support has focused on organizational development, financial and grants management, and program planning and management. We have also provided ongoing technical assistance to enhance our partners’ capacities to deliver high-quality HIV services at the community level. Learn more in this fact sheet.
