This webinar examines how funders, international NGOs and community-based organizations have defined locally led development and are holding themselves and one another accountable for progress, what obstacles have emerged, and recommendations for moving forward. The event was moderated by Marianna Balampama, Deputy Regional Director for Africa at Pact with opening remarks provided by Caroline Anstey, Pact President & CEO.
