Innovating organizational structure to facilitate shared value partnerships

Like many U.S.-based international development nonprofits, Pact has historically had a large percentage of its donor funding come from the U.S. government. This case study, written by the Shared Value Initiative, details Pact's journey to augment our traditional USAID funding by bringing a new complementary focus on foundation and corporate donors, and lead an organization-wide emphasis on innovation and social entrepreneurship. The case study originally appeared on the Shared Value Initiative's website.
