Reliability of the new resilience domain in Pact’s Organizational Performance Index
August 02, 2021
Learning and Evidence, Results and measurement, Capacity development
The Pact Organizational Performance Index is a validity- and reliability-tested outcome-level index with four domains. In 2020, Pact developed the fifth Resilience domain with two sub-domains (Adaptive and Influence) to address the need for a metric that helps forecast sustainability of capacity development gains achieved during a project period. This report summarizes the reliability study for the new Resilience domain.
