December 20, 2023
Governance
Social accountability is a key approach in Pact’s portfolio to strengthen local governance systems and support outcomes in other sectors, particularly social services. This report presents the Systems-Aware Social Accountability (SASA) framework, articulates how social accountability practitioners make strategic and tactical decisions, and offers insights for practitioners interested in developing, implementing and managing SASA projects or integrating similar approaches into their portfolios.
