Webinar: Listening closely, using feedback wisely

On October 7, 20201, USAID’s Bureau for Global Health and the New Partnerships Initiative Expanding Health Partnerships activity hosted a forum with implementing partners to discuss feedback loops. Feedback from local constituents across all stages of the implementation process is critical to elevating community priorities and promoting sustainable results. As development practitioners, USAID and international partners must not only center work around these voices but be accountable to the local communities. Speakers from YLabs, Breakthrough Action, Groundtruth Solutions and Pact highlighted various tools and approaches to local partner feedback loops that encourage accountability and best practices.
