Women in peacebuilding in Kenya’s borderlands

Pact's PEACE III project, funded by USAID, works along Kenya's borders with Uganda, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Somalia to strengthen conflict-management systems and build the capacity of regional and national institutions to stem cross-border conflict. Through the PEACE III Women's Forum and other initiatives, women are playing a critical role in building peace in their communities.
