Civil society, Capacity development
Pact developed the Business Sustainability Planning and Resource Mobilization Toolkit to enable NGOs and CSOs to identify and implement business models that will enable them to scale up and sustain how they serve the communities they represent. The toolkit can be used by organizations and capacity development partners to enable CSOs and NGOs to construct and implement business sustainability plans that are customized to each organization’s mission and the local funding context. The toolkit supports local organizations in achieving their organizational vision and becoming resilient.
