Capacity development
Pact Capacity Development Marketplace handbook is intended to help development practitioners understand what Pact’s Capacity Development Marketplace is, how to use it, and what can be achieved through the approach, which aims to enhance local capacity development market and demand-driven services. This document will provide practitioners with the information they need to understand how the approach works, how to judge whether the approach merits further exploration for use in a particular context, and how best to incorporate it in their work.
