Pact's standards for programs serving vulnerable children is intended to increase development practitioners’ knowledge and understanding of Pact’s standards for these programs, how they can be applied and what they can help achieve. The handbook will provide the practitioner with information and options to operationalize the standards and incorporate them effectively into their country strategy or program.
