Civil Society and Media – Strengthened Together and Advancing in New Directions (CSM-STAND) provides a unique vehicle for co-creating innovative and transformative civil society and media activities with USAID missions and operating units. As a pre-competed Leader with Associate Awards (LWA) mechanism, CSM STAND offers USAID a platform through which it can engage a diverse consortium of global, regional, and technical partners before award. Importantly, missions and operating units can partner with broader or more targeted segments of the consortium in cocreation processes depending on the geographic and technical focus of the anticipated activity.
